Every organization is feeling it. The tools are moving fast. The pressure to adopt is real. What most implementations miss is the human side — the people who need to understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to move forward with it. That's the work Creative Agntcy does.
AI adoption is accelerating faster than most organizations can absorb. Tools are being deployed, workflows are changing, and leadership is under pressure to move quickly. But speed without clarity creates a specific kind of failure: people who don't understand what changed, why it matters, or what they're supposed to do differently.
I watched this pattern play out long before AI was the driver. A leadership team makes a smart decision, invests in the right technology, briefs the team. Then nothing changes. Not because the tool was wrong. Because nobody helped people actually move through it. The gap between adoption and adaptation is where most implementations fall apart.
Creative Agntcy exists to close that gap. We work with organizations navigating real AI transformation — the kind that requires people to think differently, work differently, and understand why the change is worth it. Technology as the amplifier. People as the priority.
The organizations winning with AI aren't just the ones with the best tools. They're the ones whose people understand the tools, trust the process, and know how to use them in ways that actually improve the work.
Rushing AI adoption without equipping people to navigate it produces the same outcome as no adoption at all — except with more frustration and sunk cost. We slow down enough to make the change stick.
Change management, communication, adoption planning — these aren't nice-to-haves you add after the technology decision. They're the reason technology decisions succeed or fail. We treat them that way.
If the culture is strong, AI makes it stronger. If the foundation is shaky, AI exposes it faster. We help organizations build the foundation so the technology can do what it's supposed to do.
I'm Heather Gibbons, the founder behind Creative Agntcy.
Technology, strategy, and building are the ways I work. People are the reason I do it.
My background spans hospitality management, technology, and marketing, but the deeper thread has always been the same: understanding people, making complex ideas clear, solving problems, building systems, and helping people move through change with more confidence.
Hospitality taught me how to read the room, anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and lead with care. It shaped the way I think about service, trust, communication, and what people need in moments of uncertainty or change.
Technology taught me how systems work. It taught me how to troubleshoot, diagnose complex problems, think creatively, and build practical solutions when the answer is not obvious. That experience has supported me across every industry I have worked in, and it matters now more than ever as AI reshapes how people work, learn, communicate, and build.
Marketing taught me how ideas move. It taught me how to translate complexity into clarity, shape messages people can understand, and connect strategy to action.
Throughout my career, I have often found myself teaching, guiding, translating, and helping people make sense of what comes next. Those experiences shaped how I think about communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and the human side of systems. I learned early that a strategy only works when people understand it, trust it, and know how to carry it forward.
My experience spans small businesses, scrappy startups, and major technology companies. I have worked with teams building under real constraints, and I have supported high-stakes work for large technology companies, including IPO roadshow presentations, S-1 graphics, executive pitch materials, and sales enablement work tied to billion-dollar opportunities. That range has given me a grounded view of what it takes to create change when the stakes are high, the resources are limited, or the path is still being figured out.
Over the years, I have been influenced by leaders and thinkers who study leadership, learning, trust, behavior, and how people grow through change. Later, formal study in organizational behavior, change management, and critical thinking gave structure and language to what I had already experienced in practice. It helped me better understand my own why: creating meaningful, cumulative change through one positive engagement at a time.
That belief now sits at the center of Creative Agntcy.
I believe AI is not just a technology shift. It is a people shift. It changes how we think, communicate, learn, lead, create, and build. The organizations that succeed will not be the ones that simply adopt the most tools. They will be the ones that help their people understand what is possible, trust the process, think more creatively, and use technology in ways that support the work, improve the systems around them, and open new opportunities for the individual and the business.
That is why I built Creative Agntcy: to help organizations move from tool adoption to real adaptation.
We help organizations create smarter systems, practical AI-supported workflows, and strategies that can hold up inside the actual constraints of the organization. My role is to connect the dots between vision and execution, technology and people, strategy and adoption.
Because the future is not only about what technology can do.
It is about what people can do when they are equipped, supported, and clear on where they are going.
